Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Feather Guard Safety Nets ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• Invisible grill installation
• Sports net installation
• Cloth hanger installation
• Duct area net installation
• Maintenance and repair services

Our services are primarily available in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and surrounding areas. Service availability in specific locations may vary. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your area.

Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are provided after site inspection and are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
• Prices are based on measurements taken during site inspection
• Additional charges may apply for complex installations or special requirements
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and market conditions
• GST and other applicable taxes are extra unless specified otherwise

Payment Terms

• An advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the order
• Remaining payment is due upon completion of installation
• We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and major digital payment methods
• No refunds will be provided once materials have been ordered or cut to size

Installation Terms

• Installation dates are scheduled based on material availability and team capacity
• Customers must ensure access to the installation site at the scheduled time
• Any rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
• Customers must obtain necessary permissions from building management before installation

Warranty

• We provide warranty on materials and workmanship as specified at the time of purchase
• Warranty periods vary by product: 4-5 years for pigeon/bird nets, 6-8 years for safety nets, 15-20 years for invisible grills, and 2-3 years for cloth hangers
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural calamities
• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
• Warranty service is subject to inspection by our team

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the installation site
• Ensure clear access to the work area
• Obtain necessary permissions from building authorities
• Inform us of any special conditions or requirements before installation
• Follow care and maintenance guidelines provided after installation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feather Guard Safety Nets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund
• Cancellations after material procurement may incur charges
• No refunds for custom-cut materials or completed installations
• Rescheduling is available with prior notice

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Feather Guard Safety Nets and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
